Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country and order value and are shown transparently during checkout before you complete your order. All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery times

We ship worldwide. Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes:

• 2–5 business days: Germany, USA, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Japan
• 3–8 business days: Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein
• 5–8 business days: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, South Korea
• 6–9 business days: Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania
• 6–12 business days: Australia
• 8–15 business days: Canada, New Zealand
• 15–25 business days: Norway, Argentina, Brazil

The stated delivery times are guide values and apply from dispatch confirmation. Deviations are possible, in particular around customs and public holidays.

Delivery restrictions

We cannot deliver to parcel lockers, packstations, post office boxes or poste-restante addresses. Please provide a complete delivery address.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply. These are borne by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price unless stated otherwise during checkout.
